How Do I Meet People?
Fairview Baptist Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at our church.
Small Groups
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church has small Bible studies held in member homes. The size of the group is anywhere from six to twelve people. Small groups meet on Sunday at 12:30 and 6:00 p.m. at various locations. See Pastor Josh to connect with a small group today.
Youth Ministry
Fairview Youth aspires to train students that life is about Christ (Philippians 1:21) Our desire is to see students come to know Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and continually grow their knowledge and understanding of Salvation, the Bible, God, their part of the Body of Christ, and ultimately the mission set before them after they’ve accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Meeting Times:
Sunday School: 9:30am @ The Youth House
Wednesday Night Bible Study: 6:30pm @ The Youth House
Our Mission:
Meet Youth at their level of spiritual development
Teach Youth of the salvation waiting for them which comes through Christ alone
Help Youth understand their role as a part of the Body of Christ
Our Vision:
Youth may come to know Christ as their Lord and Savior
Youth begin to understand God’s Word as the source of inspiration
Youth may continually grow in their own spiritual walk and convictions
Youth may carry out Matthew 28:19, “Go therefore and make disciples”
Women’s Group
Women’s groups give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups are times of Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church. Our Woman’s Ministry meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
